John "Jack" Foley was a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s and '10s who at representative level played for Wales, and Welsh League XIII, and at club level for Ebbw Vale, playing at Prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums.[1]
Jack Foley won caps for Wales while at Ebbw Vale 1908…1911 5-caps 2-tries 4-points, and represented Welsh League XIII while at Merthyr Tydfil in the 14-13 victory over Australia at Penydarren Park, Merthyr Tydfil on Tuesday 19 January 1909.[2]
